Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for young children. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the spa area unless an appointment is scheduled. Please do not wear valuables during your visit. ONYX Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount. For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard, and personal check are accepted. A $20 fee is charged for any returned checks.

NOTE: Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us known and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your appointment. It may lessen our effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. Appointments for multiple services and for special events will have to be guaranteed by a deposit.

If a cancellation of your appointment is necessary, Please contact us at least 72 hours before your appointment. No cancellation fee will be applied, but we reserve the right to secure a credit card number ahead of any services. All no-show appointments will be charged.
